We Pray But We Belittle God

We have "faith" in the God we don't trust and whom we belittle, without realizing it. We "believe" and pray but we doubt he'd really do it---or at least we wonder and hope (or wish?) he woud. We provide back up with our standby plans B and C in case his provisions are delayed or "misses" our urgency or expectations for some reason. Or in case he says no . And this is how our faith actually has zero trust and belittles him. It's ingrained in our mindsets that his work needs a little help from us. What many Christians call, "Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao ang gawa." Yes, back in the recesses of our minds is that idea roaming around---that God sometimes "misses" the urgency, the immediacy, the moment of need. His answers are nowhere during the pressing need, at the exact time we think his provisions must come.
